01 / GET YOUR FILE
Download the purchased item
- One-time order: after payment is confirmed, use the Download button beside each purchased item on the checkout confirmation screen. Each item shows its file name and extension.
- Come back later: open the private order link sent by email to view and download the order again. You do not need an account for this link. Keep it private because it opens your order.
- Signed-in purchases: open Purchases to find verified one-time orders and their files.
- Membership: open My templates (the member library) to download included files. Membership downloads are available only while your membership is active.
A pending payment does not release a one-time file. A pending or inactive membership does not release member files.
02 / MAKE IT YOURS
Edit a job-specific working copy
.xlsx · Excel workbook
Open it with Microsoft Excel or a compatible spreadsheet app.
.docx · Word document
Open it with Microsoft Word or a compatible word processor.
Save a separate working copy with a job or customer name before editing, so you can keep the original template for another job. Replace editable sample prompts and details with your business, customer, and job information, then save your changes.
In a workbook, leave formula cells intact. After changing quantities or prices, check the calculated line amounts, subtotal, and total before sending or printing.
03 / CHECK EVERY PAGE
Use print preview before printing
In Excel, use File → Print and review the workbook pagination. In Word, use File → Print and scroll through the full document preview. Compatible apps may use a similar Print or Print Preview command.
Before printing, check all intended sheets and pages for:
- Paper size (typically U.S. Letter, 8.5 × 11 inches) and orientation.
- Margins, scaling, page breaks, and which workbook sheets and pages to print.
- Clipped fields, split tables, and text that is too small to read.
- Every resulting page, from the first page through the last.
Some template layouts require more than one printed page. Do not assume every template fits on one page; prioritize a clear, legible result.
04 / PRINT
Print after the preview looks right
Choose the sheets or pages you need, confirm the paper and orientation settings, then print. If the preview shows crowded or cut-off content, adjust the layout and review the full preview again before printing.
